On successful installs:
First Installation: The first installation each month is non-payable.
Residential: Rate: 1 % of the sale price net of STC's.
(Example: Residential $ 3,000 @ 1% $ 30)
Commercial: Rate 0.25% of the sale price less than or equal to $100k.
(Example: Commercial $ 100,000 @ 0.25% $ 250) (Over $100k. negotiable) Net of STC's.
